- One of the biggest problems I had was inserting the images. Almost every image I tried to add to add to my webpage did not work. I checked to see if there were any errors in code, however, there didn't seem to be. Then, I used the HTML tutorial to try and see if the images would appear in another software. The images did show up on the HTML tutorial, but they failed to show in the actual notepad webpage. I found this frustrating because I think that the images would really complete the webpage.
- I also had trouble with the background color of my webpage. I put in the code for red, however, the web page ended up being blue. I don't understand why this happened, but it wasn't a huge deal.
- Lastly, I had trouble with the links. Some of links wouldn't open when I clinked on them. I checked to see if my link was wrong or if the code was wrong but it all seemed right. I am still confused as to why it didn't work.
- Last year I took an elective that was solely based on writing HTML. We did a project similar to this where we created a travel website with partners. Therefore, I was already familiar with a lot of the code. So, the writing on the actual webpage was somewhat easy for me.
- I found it really easy to write about my topic. Dance is what I love to do and helps me to relieve stress. It was easy for me to find a topic and write thoroughly about.
Favorite Part
- My favorite part was being able to actually create a webpage using code. I think that it is cool that a person can simply use a few tags to create something as big as a website.
